Place the corners
Each corner must reach its own address before it can be twisted. One algorithm cycles them into place.
Look at each top corner and ask one question: is it between the right three colours, even if twisted? A corner with yellow, red and green on it belongs between the red and green sides, whichever way round its stickers face.
Find a corner that is already in its right place and hold it at the front-right. Then play the eight moves: they cycle the other three corners around while your anchor corner stays put. Check again; at most one more go finishes the job.
No corner in the right place at all? Play the algorithm once from any angle, and one will be.
Every algorithm on this page is checked by simulation before publishing: the position shown plus the moves shown must produce a solved cube. Players: press play, or step through one turn at a time.
