Race a final
Solve what they solved
Every sequence below is a real scramble from a real competition, published in the WCA's official record. Pick up your cube, follow the moves, and race the person who won.
In official competition nobody scrambles their own cube. A computer generates a random position, printed as a move sequence, and a scrambler sets every competitor's cube to that exact position behind a screen, so that everyone in the round faces the same puzzle. Those sequences are not secret. The WCA publishes every one, 3,164,163 of them and counting, in its official record.
Which means you can do something no spectator in most sports can do: set your cube to the position the winner saw, start a timer, and find out.

Race this final
Reading this page: an average is the middle three of five solves, best and worst discarded · a single is one solve's time · a final is a competition's last round; its order decides the podium.
Scrambles are shown only for finals that used a single scramble group, so the five sequences above are the set issued to every competitor in that final. Competitions also print spare scrambles in case a cube is mis-scrambled; substitutions are rare and are not recorded in the export. Source: WCA results export of 6 September 2026. The pictured cubes are computed by applying each scramble to a solved cube.
