F2L 22

The corner rides the top layer at the front right, white facing up; its edge waits at the back of the top layer, orange side up. Seven moves bring the pair home together.

The two pieces are already glued as a pair on the side of the top layer, pointing the wrong way.

Here the corner rides the top layer at the front right, white facing up, and its edge waits at the back of the top layer, orange side up. The white cross is done and the other three slots are already filled; only this corner and this edge are still adrift. The algorithm walks them into the front-right slot in seven moves.

Of the 150 ways a corner and its edge can sit, four reduce to this case once you spin the top layer to match the picture. In the diagram the finished cube is grey wherever a piece does not matter; only the coloured pieces count.

Checked by simulation before publishing: the position shown plus the moves shown must produce a finished cube, and the algorithm must touch nothing outside its own job. The diagram and the player are drawn from the same simulated position, so they cannot disagree.
